This park was not a great park. Yes it was huge. Yes it seems to have a few different things to do but between the ridiculous amount of geese and the unbelievable amount of California ground squirrel… Full review by mrslhunter

Stopped between our NP visits for bathrooms, picnic lunch and a game of disc golf. Pay by phone ($5) was easy snd convenient with clear directions. Disc golf course was great! Close to Trader Joe's… Full review by cherylj332

very kid friendly but no swimming - it is fun for duck watching and picnics

Can I take my dogs to the park

Yes, and they need to be on a leash, but if your dog loves to run, there is a nice sized dog park towards the NE side of park. Enjoy!

Is there any swimming allowed

Hi, In 40 years, I have never seen anyone swimming in any of the ponds at Woodward Park. Also, there are no swimming pools either. I hope this is helpful.
