It was great overlooking the city from higher heights. Lighting on the 102nd floor was poor, so our pictures were not the greatest, regardless of the angle, window, or pixel. It was worth the wait. … Full review by Neek321

If I buy a ticket for 4:30 and its more expensive due to sunset - is it guaranteed I will see the sunset? I hate to pay more and miss because of waiting in a line. Also - do they allow strollers?

Go early, when visiting in September for the sunset, we did not have any line. We walked right to the top. You can go an hour early and get up there and wait out the sunset.
