I have never seen any kind of bike rental in Flagler Beach or Palm Coast. When I was visiting The White Orchid Inn in Flagler, Beach, they had bicycles for their guest to ride around the area. You might make inquiries about this when making hotel reservations. I do hope this has helped!!!
A wonderful walking path for you and your dog. In hot weather bring a bowl for water so your dog doesn't get too hot. There are water fountains to fill the bowl.
