I had a bit of an issue with ordering a repeat prescription. To be honest the digital process around exception handling needs a bit more work and not end (for the customer) in a 'black hole'. However… Full review by Chris Brailey

At 8:00am, I visited the practice to book an appointment. I received both a Doctor’s call and a blood test before 10:00am on the same day. Really excellent service. Full review by Anonymous
