After seeing Wightlink offer a service all day long and with minimal disruption to their service , Red Funnel have the cheek to refuse any money back due to adverse weather !!!! Not happy Full review by Deane Whittington

Total disregard for customers, no customer service, assistants larking about in kitchens in full view of customers in a long queue for food! only one assistant serving, when get served no vegetarian … Full review by Tina Pollard
