The Journey Home (TJH) is a nonprofit transitional organization with a residential facility serving male homeless Veterans and offering a variety of outreach, services, programs & resources designed to assist all Veterans and their families at-risk of homelessness. Serving Veterans throughout the United States since 2014, we have empowered over 200 Veterans to overcome chronic homelessness.
