Enjoyed a walk a long Roker beach very clean and lots of seating if you need it. Some people do let it down by not picking up after their dogs. Great to go and have a lovely walk though Full review by sandra l

Sorry I was just referring to the area however there are a few hotels near by Roker hôtel and the grand hotel are walking distance. I have eaten in both and they are both great. When my brother visits from London he always stays in the Grand Hope that helps

Hi there. Not too sure as we just visitors there. I do know that some parts of the beaches will be closed off for the show, but other parts of the beaches might be open. Some parts of the beaches are closed to dogs in the summer months. Hope this helps.

Hi Im not 100% what the official rules are is but we've seen them on the beach by Seaburn/South Bents at any time of the year as dogs are allowed on that part throughout the year …
Hi Im not 100% what the official rules are is but we've seen them on the beach by Seaburn/South Bents at any time of the year as dogs are allowed on that part throughout the year (bear th eitalian resturant) . The dog restrictions are lifted in September for all the beaches along the Roker Seaburn area so Id assume its the same for horses.
