Beautiful park with lakes, play area and plenty of fields. Pay parking available, toilets and cafe available. Perfect place to meet friends and family. Also has a Go Ape on site. Full review by bbb09

My late father and I used to sail model sailing boats (not radio controlled) here back in the 70s. I still have the boats, is it possible to use them on the model boat lake? Or is it RC only these days? I recall by the end of the 70s the non-RC boats were very much in the minority and were not welcome.

Unfortunately I do not know either. I would imagine you can contact them to ask.

There’s a main road between them probably 15 mins walk from the splash park to the cafe at the other side.
