Great start of our 7 day Namibia tour. It was the end of the high season (December), so not too many tourists here. Very clean campsite and the excursion to the Rock Paintings is recommendable. Full review by Rudolph v

Hi, sorry for the late reply. You can drive a 2WD in spitzkoppe we drove a 2WD all through Nambia we couldn't go everywhere as the roads are not very good but we managed fine. If you see a lot of sand don't risk it we saw loads of people stuck in 4wd in some parks.

We've been there with our dog today. There were no signs and nothing in the Park Rules stating that dogs were not permitted, so we took our dog with us for a day hike and it was just fine. We even met another smaller dog in the Restaurant and nobody complained.
