We went for a walk along the beach here and there were so many little biting bugs (they didn't look like mosquitoes). We didn't stay too long because of the bugs. Great view though. Full review by Becky W

This is not a swimming beach, but the kids really have fun playing in the water. Have them wear water shoes to protect their feet from sea glass and pebbles. They can splash around in the water, fly a kite, build sand castles and hunt for "treasure". I think little ones are safer at a beach like this in the bay instead of along the ocean with the big waves.
