We would love to take you on a private wildlife tour and may be able to accommodate you but we would first need the specific date and time that you are in port. Many of our excursions are booked through the cruise line so we will have limited equipment and guides and not all excursions will be available while the ship is in port. You can find information about our wildlife viewing tours in the convenient online catalog at Sitka Alaska Outfitters. I am happy to explore the possibilities with you if you will please contact me directly. I highly recommend also contacting the Shore Excursion Desk of the ship. They will have the best information about excursions that will best meet your needs. There used to be a private wildlife viewing trip available from the shore excursion desk but I am not sure exactly the title. Additionally the Sitka convention and Visitors Bureau has information about all of the different tours and tour company's found in Sitka. One is called Sitka Wildlife Tours they use passenger vehicles and may be able to accommodate you on a private tour to wildlife viewing locations along the Sitka road system.
