The outcropping of metal trees is impressive. There is a sky walk you can pay to use which takes you up over the canopy of real trees. Full review by Tvler8

Went to the latest light show this evening (something we do on every trip here). This one, with the music selected, was the best we have seen. (Works better with classical music than modern stuff).… Full review by B3421MDchrisr

Hello, Supertree Grove is a part of Gardens on the Bay. I’d recommend planning to spend 3-4 hours total. Gardens on the Bay and Supertree Grove are free entry. But if some admission $ is okay for you I’d highly recommend Cloud Forest dome (top choice) while you’re there - really impressive. I’d say kids would really like it. In terms of time of day, if you can manage late afternoon/ early evening the light show every evening at Super Tree is really cool and a great way to finish your visit. Btw there is also a kids play area a little past the Cloud Forest dome.
Q:
Are supergroove tree always lit up since it is open till 2am? Or the lights are closed after the light show?
A:
Late in the night the lights are turned off.

Just as easy to purchase tickets on the day as it is to pre-book. If you have any elderly or injured with you be sure to hire a wheel chair for the day, extremely cheap and my mother benefited greatly as we were able to walk/wheel around and see more so it was a much better experience as there's LOTS to see at the gardens :)
