Beautiful place to watch the sunrise. So peaceful. I couldn't go to the end of the pier because I was't fishing, so i sat on a bench and took pictures. It was just $2 for all day. They open at 7am. A… Full review by Lvtutravel57

First you have to pay which is fine because they really take good care of the pier. The view from the pier is spectacular and watching the kids play on the beach is such a joy. Everything is so clean… Full review by queencrab3

Using Google, if you search for Virginia crabbing licenses, you will see all the exemptions on Virginia's official website. Happy crabbing!

Yes. Just go on the state's fish and game site. I bought mine on line. ALSO... there is a saltwater registry database you need to enter info for but it's free. I believe it tells you how on the same site. I found out by doing some web surfing. They do Not sell bait there. There is a little place about 1/2 mile from there that has a little. I just bought what I needed from Walmart about 20 minutes away. They had a decent selection of gear and a freezer of bait. I think they had bloodworms too. I'd suggest buying your tackle, lures, etc at home and taking it with you. Have fun
