Hi Sylvia Unfortunately there is no step-free or wheelchair access to or in the Sambourne house. You might like to look at their website and contact them about the matter. It is a great pity since it was one of my London highlights. But look at Leighton House as well - that may have wheelchair access. Neither place, from memory, has a cafe. All the best Marilyn
