Princeton Township is one of twenty-five townships in Bureau County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2020 census, its population was 9,223 and it contained 4,465 housing units. According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 36.62 square miles, of which 36.59 square miles is land and 0.03 square miles is water.
