You can walk or drive up here, I chose to walk. Good way to keep fit, and a rewarding view at the top. There is a picnic table and parking at the top too. Full review by Andyrock81

A great spot to have a look at Gunnedah from up high. Its a good spot and there are a number of places to take in the various views. Worth a visit, for sure. Full review by bbsydney96
Can you walk to this place from the train station and how hard a walk?
A:
Yes you can, but I suggest you train for Mt. Everest first. It is about 2ks to the base and jokes aside you need good condition for the walk to the outlook. A taxi would be my choice.
