Perfect way for handicap visitors to enjoy the beach Sand wheelchairs are free of charge and the people are so friendly and helpful. If you’re unable to walk this is a must stop in Puerto Rico Full review by 641debs

Luquillo beach is very beautiful. Blue waters that are so clear and clean. Water was so warm,it was amazing!! Numerous vendors and experiences like jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Full review by WILLIAM O
