Can a family of 10 (four children ages 7, 8, 9, 12 and six adults) all fit into 1 raft on the family float trip or will we have to break up into 2 rafts?

I would say yes! One raft had 12 in it when we were there. I am sure it us to the discretion of the guide tho. Hope this helps!

Which river? Choose wisely. The Tieton might be open now, and white salmon might still have rapids. Call your guides and ask for honest opinion on whether there are rapids. Rafting is always best in the spring when the snow is melting (large amounts of water). With our historically low water levels, No snowpack left, etc. it was a very short season. I believe the Tieton has water released into it manually - which is why they can run it in the fall.
