Our fully renovated, converted one-room schoolhouse, built in 1883, is located in a private rural setting on a semi-wooded one acre lot, complete with a meandering stream and plenty of property for relaxing. The 1200 square foot house has many of its original historic features, including hardwood floors with marks still visible where the school desks were bolted down, slate chalkboards, schoolhouse lights, and all ten of the original seven foot tall windows. The floor plan is open and furnished with a mix of old and new, with a fully equipped stainless steel & granite kitchen that opens into a large dining and living area with 14 foot ceilings. There is a full bath on the first floor with a tiled walk-in shower. The living area has two couches, one with a queen size pullout bed. The loft bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed, a half bath and walk-in closet. There is a laundry room on the basement level.
