Very impressive venue, especially as it is located in a suburb. Very professional space, loved by the community. But there are a lot of people with money here, so they do support it. Full review by Thomas V

What a great, easy experience. No parking issues. No lines getting in. Everyone can see the performers. Wonderfully small crowd. Hope they bring in some fun entertainers. This place is a hidden gem! Full review by BeachyBoots

I was making a statement to the same effect. It wasn't a question. Someone reviewed the actual working courthouse in the area of the MPAC where I had made a review. Was making a correction the same as you. Don't think there's plans for the "Watters Creek" type area near the square. Not enough space.
