Colorado River and Lake Mohave water is clear and cold. Fee is required. Dirt roads to coves are washboard and dusty. Lake is excellent for boating and picnicking. Full review by GlobeTrotting801625

This lake is so clear, you can easily see the bottom 15 feet down, there are many things to see on and around this huge lake. Sandy beaches, the back of the davis dam, the sleeping warrior, camp grou… Full review by petgroomer

I swim all year around. The lake is still chilly in March. There is a new swim beach at Katherine's Landing with kayak and paddle boat rentals also.

Snorkeling go out to Princess Cove. Sunbathing go to the newly opened Katherine's Landing Beach and or N. Telephone Cove on the AZ Side. Follow the signs.
