Hi Lisa, Thanks for your message. You need to be quite fit as you are paddling for two hours and we cover approximately 3-4miles. We use tandem kayaks and so you can share the …

Hi Lisa, Thanks for your message. You need to be quite fit as you are paddling for two hours and we cover approximately 3-4miles. We use tandem kayaks and so you can share the paddling and we will only go out when it is safe to do so. If the waves are too big then we will transfer to our Frenchmans Creek Kayak Adventure along the Helford River and creeks or move your tour to another day or refund. Our Frenchmans Creek Kayak Adventure is stunning too and there are no waves! Hope that helps. Thanks
