Can you hire paddle boards from this beach or neighbouring ones? Not looking for the tours as they are a little expensive.

Yes, you can. The location for renting is on the beach next to the lifeguard tower. The people working there are super nice and helpful.

I did not see any other cabs. There was a hotel there. Maybe they could call you one. I saw nothing like a cab line.

Hi John, Yes, there is a 5 star hotel, the Domes Noruz Chania 1 minute drive or 4 minutes walk from the beach and multiple more within 10 minutes away.
