It depends on how interested you are in the subject matter and history in general but I would plan a good two hours at least. While you are in the area I would also highly recommend seeing the World War I museum in Kansas City. It is WELL worth the visit and one could spend an entire day there. Not many people know about this very overlooked museum and it is one of the best of its kind.
There are huge parking lots near the museum and some street parking, so I think you should be able to find RV parking, depending on when you visit and the size of your RV.
