Tiny beach, but a beautiful lake. Some kids did go into that cold water. We rented kayaks next door and fought the wind. One should do that when the wind is still. Full review by Krystyna K

Yes. Dogs allowed on leash. Very dog friendly town but don't try to walk them from town to trailheads. Drive to trail heads and make sure dogs are allowed on trails you want to take.
Is the cabin secluded at all or close to neighbors? We are hoping to see lots of wildlife, and we enjoy hiking. We also enjoy shopping in quaint little towns. Are there places to browse and shop within reasonable driving distance?

Adam's Falls is a beautiful place to hike and a drive through Rocky Mountain National Park is filled with wildlife. Grand Lake itself is all small shops to browse and The Hub is great for coffee and relaxing. You will not want to leave! Enjoy!
