Hi Yes not a problem it is just about 5-7 min walk down the road just head for the canal at the back of kings cross station there is also a look out you go up about 10 steps and you look over the area you will see the old trains and canal Also where the fountain is you can seat there and watch the water doing a dance! i havent seen too many dogs there. but it depends on the dog. this is more about small children when its warm and sunny. and alot of parents are cautious when there are dogs around.
