Gosford was lovely. We’ve been many times before, but never stayed there, which we did this time in a motorhome. The staff were really really helpful and we will definitely be back! Full review by Simon B

There is only a fee if you wish to bring your car on site and park here. Visitors on foot or bike have free entry. As per previous answer, the trails are not well sign posted and no maps have been created yet in the handover process to ABC council and it is very easy to get disorientated within the forested areas.
I only went there to hopefully film some Birds of Prey mainly Buzzards but its not worth paying £5.00 Entry Fee just to film some Buzzards when i can see them everywhere in the Countryside and it doesn't cost a penny. The last 3 or 4 times i was there, there wasn't even any Birds, Chickens etc just the Deer.

We were there yesterday and there was goats, sheep and hens in the pet enclosure. I agree it is expensive for £5, but we've bought a forestry pass which gives us free access into all their parks. They have also made a lot of new walking and cycling paths and a new playpark. Maybe they'll think of a cafe again.
