Yes the trails are accessible during the Winter months.

Not rugged at all, paved path, there are some stairs...very short walk from the Visitor’s center.

To walk to see the falls and to visit the Interpretive center there is no charge. The charge is to camp, use the showers and the picnic areas. You can buy a one day pass but there is also …

To walk to see the falls and to visit the Interpretive center there is no charge. The charge is to camp, use the showers and the picnic areas. You can buy a one day pass but there is also a yearly pass that is available which is good for all the state parks.

There are free showers available in the campgrounds for registered campers to use. The water is turned on from usually early May to mid October.
