There are quite some collections of Goethe. It is definitely worth visiting. There should be media guides to introduce these things. Full review by Alien W
I'm trying to visit on a tight layover - is there typically a line on Sunday mornings? Do you need to arrive much before it opens to get in right when it opens? Thanks!!
A:
No) They don't have a trafik before opening. So I think it's not necessary to come earlier
It's a bit complicated without car/tour bus. You must take the bus line 63 to Neu-Anspach or Wehrheim, then the TSB/Taunusbahn (Taunus train) to Bad Homburg/Friedrichsdorf and finally the S5/Stadtschnellbahn 5 (city train line 5) to Frankfurt Hauptwache, that is literally the heart of the city. The Goethe House is then really a five minute walk from there. Have a nice time and enjoy the tour! Carmen :)
