Walk 13 minutes or take Metro to Kyungsung University Entrance. Take bus 131 or 24 to Oryukdo Skywalk. The bus stops at the roundabout near the skywalk.

Agree. At Taejongdae there is also a lighthouse which you can climb and see all around. Take that little train car to get in though instead of walking. The sky walkway is rather small also. However if you use the trolley bus, you can easily cover both.
