We went on Christmas Eve night and it was extremely busy with families and individuals. It was worth it though as the lights, trees and excited buzz from the crowd was quite beautiful. Full review by NesNate

Yes the flower dome requires a separate ticket. You can purchase it when you arrive or pre book it on the internet.

I believe so, this is a very large wide open space. You may not be able to get to the top of the man-made hill without elevator.
