We'll be traveling into Dublin and wanted to see the Museum before checking into our hotel. Would rolling our luggage around be an issue?

You could get everywhere you want with your luggage but I wouldn’t recommend taking it with you. It would only be in your way und you wouldn’t enjoy the museum as much without it.
