Ditchingham is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. Ditchingham is located 1.3 miles north of Bungay and 12 miles south-east of Norwich, along the course of the River Waveney. Ditchingham's name is of Anglo-Saxon origin and derives from the Old English for the homestead or settlement of 'Dicca's' people.
