Is this a park you can bring in food and have a picnic?
A:
Perfect place for that. They have a little souvenir that ever serves hotdogs and snacks too, but you can also bring your own.

Probably.....a doggy bag would be helpful...just in case

I agree with the others. I would also add there is a fun geocache up there if you are into geocaching!

I don't recall any signs excluding dogs. There are lots of steps as stated in other answers and no one to control access or prevent dogs.
