As a customer, I can say the prices are dependant on your itinerary, number of people (affecting vehicle type). I can say that our full day private tour was E380. He took us to all the places we wanted to go, and then some others when we had time left. Given the width of some of the roads, my not being used to left side driving, and a few of the places not being well marked, hiring Slea Head Tours was one of the best moves I made during our vacation. The driver is fully versed on all the sites, and is a wonderful guide. To get a quote, just email them ( you can do it through the website). After a few back and forth email about itinerary, you will have a quote.

Ray, if you take the Dingle Slea Head Tour, it's a private tour in a comfortable car/SUV with an experienced, highly knowledgeable native of the Dingle Peninsula, a rural area where Gaelic is still taught and spoken along with a English. If you're looking for a sense of what Ireland outside of Dublin and Galway looks like, and how people lived hundreds and thousands of years ago in beehive-shaped stone huts built with no mortar and still standing, this is for you. If you want to see beautiful coastlines, with rocky shores completely undeveloped, this is for you. If you want to see historic small churches from the 1200's or so this (or the Glendaough area south of Dublin) is for you. Lots of chances to get out and take pictures, a nice little town of Dingle. You can ask for more or less time in certain areas. It's winding, sometimes one lane roads, lots of scenery and great commentary. Hope this helps.

You can email the Dingle Slea Head Tour directly for specifics, but when we took the tour we were picked up @ 9:00 Am and dropped off @ 4:00 PM at our hotel (Ashe in Tralee). They're flexible on that, helpful if you fly into Kerry like we did. We had about 1.5-2 hrs on our own for lunch. The cost was $250. I think. Well worth it. Our guide was knowledgeable on geology to film history. Nothing like it in St. Paul--as a former Burnsville girl!
