Yes, there's more than one. On certain days there's also barbecue facilities near the main entrance, though perhaps not at this time of year. The food is typical Japanese zoo food - curry rice, udon, hotdogs and pancakes. A sample menu can be found online if you search for chibazoo.restaurant (sorry, it seems I cannot post a link) Once you've found the site, click on the yellow button immediately to the right of the Home button to see a menu with pictures.
