Hi Clare My Tony Hadley tickets arrived a week prior to the concert. As one of the other responders states, the staff are excellent and if you have your order reference (take a photo of it), you should have no problem if you physical tickets don't show in time. I hope that assists! Stuart

go round to side of building facing Jurys inn hotel theres a red barrier across the parking area . the s/ door is there in that area . its not signed as a stage door
