I believe the paved trail is 2.8 miles to the entrance to Blue Springs State Park. Then it's about a mile to hike or bike in to where the manatees are. However the new trail addition through the tunnel allows you to bypass the entrance toll booth and, about a mile along the new trail you will find another entrance from the trail and into the park. Bring some one dollar bills to feed the "iron ranger" at that entrance to be legal.
