We decided to visit here when we were on holiday and I'm glad we did. The castle was beautiful. It didn't take long to walk around but it was worth while. Full review by sarah p

I visited Colomares on March last year, and we bought our tickets right on the entry gate. No queues and only a few visitors. So I quess you don't need to worry about buying tickets in advance. It is not Granada's La Alhambra or Seville's Royal Alcázar. Enjoy!
Q:
Is there a bar at the castle?
A:
There are snacks but no bar - it’s a monument not an actual castle
